I want to see NPC's selling like everything in the game without having to farm or look for it. Weapon mods, armor(enemy armor that you can salvage), etc.
I got this idea from this weeks fansite/designer letter thing.
Comment etc.

BTW plz dont say 'OMG use teh search button you n00b'!, because the search button just gives me a white page.

if you read the FF, then you'd realize that they're not going to do it, whether the fanbase wants it or not.

having an NPC that sells whatever item you want would literally take the accomplishment out of finding the rarest item out there. it's just result in a lot more gold farming to buy the best weapon out there. which could also lead to more people buying gold to buy the best weapon out there.
